Laurie is always upbeat and keeps the subjects interesting. She used several current examples to support the presented information.    

I enjoyed the presentation! It was a good refresher for how my agency should handle homeowners packages this year, especially with the ever-changing weather patterns. Laurie was very engaging and made me feel like I was sitting in a classroom.
