Our passcode is built into the webinar class. If you get this error message, go to zoom.com and log on with your username and password.
If you don't have a username and password, you must create one to log into the webinar.
Many times your workplace will register your business email through a company account. You may not be required to maintain a ZOOM username or password to join company events or sponsored meetings just a passcode provide by your workplace.
You do need a username and password for our CE webinars as the department of insurance (DOI) requires CE Providers to track your attendance and online engagement in a variety of ways. The passcode for our CE Webinars is built into the link you click to join.
The department of insurance and CE provider identify you as a student by your email, NPN number and registration details. Your registration information is used by the CE provider to verify your identity, confirm an insurance license and input CE Credit on behalf of the student.
In addition to a student's registration detail, the DOI requires verification the student engaged throughout the length of the webinar for CE Credit. Our agency uses tools like random polling questions and check-in's and out's at break time to meet this compliance piece for CE Credit.
Each CE Provider may have different compliance variations for engagement.
